Shipping and Processing:

How long does it take for my items to be shipped?

Due to Covid-19 please allow 7-10 business days + shipping time after the package has been dropped off. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7-10 days, please contact support by emailing lesglaminfo@gmail.com.

What exactly is local delivery? Is local delivery available?

Yes, we offer local delivery if you live in the LAKE COUNTY, IL area only. Due to Covid-19, all local deliveries will be contactless. Package will be left in the mailbox.

Can I track my package (Domestic)?

Yes, you should be able to track your order through the tracking link in your email OR your Les Glam account.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for UPS Ground and 1-2 business days for UPS Priority Mail Express. If you do not receive your item after day 3 of shipping date, please contact support by emailing lesglaminfo@gmail.com

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Les Glam within an hour of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Les Glam account and select the “Order History” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our support team by emailing lesglaminfo@gmail.com

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If this situation ever occurs contact your local UPS office with your tracking information. Les Glam prides in packaging your orders with love and care, we always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop off packages at the UPS office. However, after we drop packages off at the UPS office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

 

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my items if I am not satisfied?

We DO NOT accept ANY returns for the following reasons: 

  • COVID-19 Pandemic
  • To ensure cosmetic products are not returned used.
